Mini-Split Systems and Ductless Heating/Cooling

Find out here) This two-part system includes a small remote-controlled console that is mounted in the desired room. The console then connects to a condenser unit that is installed outside of the building.

The mini-split-system is great for both residential and commercial applications. Customers have had these systems installed in their master bedrooms, on their porches, offices, and even in restaurants. For example, one customer installed a unit in his restaurant's dining room, and it provided an extra three tons of cooling which was much needed during those hot, busy summer nights.

Not only is this system a more convenient way to regulate temperature in a specific room, but it is also extremely energy efficient. On average, one unit runs at 22 SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio), (what's a SEER rating? find out here) whereas a typical window air conditioning unit runs at 15 SEER. The higher the SEER, the more efficient the device. This keeps energy costs lower and has less of an impact on the environment!
