You may know our services, but do you know the company? We sat down with owner and CEO Jim Forquer to hear the story of how our successful business started. 

Young And Motivated

When Jim was around 23 years old, he went into a trade school, which was a really tough decision for him at the time. Jim was not really knowledgeable about the HVAC business. He actually first looked into welding as a profession, but his excitement was not there. Jim tried electrician, plumber, and more, but nothing seemed to catch his attention and passion. 

Then, one day, he managed to stumble upon HVAC and discovered something big. Jim realized that HVAC had a bit of everything. Jim enjoyed moving around the worksite and being able to do something different day in and day out. 

To quote Jim himself;

“So it just seemed to me like such a diverse field and something that could really challenge me and continue my learning. And it has been, you know, we don't ever stop learning in this field because just when you think you got it down pretty good, it changes, you know, the technology you've got to figure out.”

A Veteran In The Business 

Jim Forquer has been workingin this field for nearly 40 years now. You don’t stick around in business this long unless you have success or are highly knowledgeable in the field. Jim encourages anyone out there to learn a trade and do some research of your own into something that will interest you long-term and provide you with the skills and work ethic to live a successful life.
