Over the years, our business has changed in many ways. Jim Sr. is and always has been our field operations expert ever since we were just a two-person company. Now we have over ten employees who are an extension of the family!

Another change we have made is that we are almost 100% paperless. Instead of having flyers and pamphlets, we market online. Likewise, we send emails to our customers with their statements and agreements. All of our technicians have iPads so that the customers can sign, pay, and read their information at the time of their service. 

This eliminates wasteful and cluttering paper use for both us and for our customers, and it is much better for the environment.

We have also become better businessmen, meaning we are able to offer more competitive pricing for our services and equipment. If you're overcharging, you won't compete, and you'll go out of business. If you're undercharging, you slowly go broke and go out of business.
