How Can I Tell if My Home is Too Humid or Too Dry?

If you find yourself needing to set your thermostat over the normal 76 degrees in the winter, and if you set your air under about 72 degrees, that could be a sign that humidity is a problem in your home.

 If humidity is an issue for you, a whole-house dehumidifier for the summer and a humidifier in the wintertime will help control the humidity, which will add to not only your comfort but make you healthier and bring your fuel costs down.

When you run your heat or air at extremes to combat the humidity, your using more energy, which drives you bills up significantly.
