Meet The Team: Lisa Reyes

At Forquer Heating & Air Conditioning, we are proud of our professionals who work hard to satisfy our customers every day. Today, we are pleased to introduce you to one of our all-stars:  Lisa Reyes.

Our Field General 

Lisa is usually the first person you will talk to when calling into our offices. She oversees everything and takes her job very seriously. As our head dispatcher, she is very aware of everyone’s direction when out in the field. Lisa knows where everyone needs to be and knows when projects need follow-up work. 

Dealing With Our Customers 

Lisa is the person who deals with our customers on a professional and etiquette level. She keeps the organization going and helps to resolve any issues or problems that arise. If you have a problem, chances are Lisa already has the solution ready to go! 

In The Life Of Lisa 

Lisa enjoys spending her time volunteering for The Buckeye Cruise for Ohio State University. The cruise’s proceeds go towards curing cancer and various cancer research centers across the United States.

As well as managing the office, Lisa makes sure all of our customers are taken care of. Customer service is one of her specialties, and she assists everyone when they call.
