Once we have identified the issue, we then share with you what we found and offer advice on how to fix it. We can give a quote for the cost on the spot, and we even carry the tools and equipment necessary to repair it the same day. 

In the end, it is up to the customer what they decide, whether they want to have it repaired right then and there if they want to shop around, of if they know someone who can do it for them. If you decide to go with another servicer or do it themselves, we simply charge a diagnostic fee.
